Return Policy

Our companion sitter/homemaker services are not returnable or refundable, as these services are provided on a one-time or ongoing basis. However, a $50 cancellation fee will be associated with clients who do not give a 48-hour cancellation notice.

Incentives

We offer incentives to attract and retain clients. We offer discounts for new clients, referral bonuses for clients who refer others to your business, and loyalty programs for clients who use our services continuously.

Guarantees

We do not offer a money-back guarantee for companion sitter/homemaker services. However, we do still offer guarantees of the quality of your services. We guarantee that our caregivers will be trained and experienced, arrive on time and ready to work and provide compassionate, attentive care with much love.
